COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS POLICY
Journal of Advanced Chemical Frontiers (JACF) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and accountability throughout its editorial and publication processes. The journal provides a clear and impartial mechanism for addressing complaints and appeals related to editorial decisions, peer review, publication ethics, or editorial procedures. All concerns are handled confidentially, objectively, and in accordance with internationally recognized publishing ethics.
Complaints
Authors, reviewers, readers, or other stakeholders may submit complaints regarding the editorial process, publication ethics, peer review, conflicts of interest, research misconduct, or any aspect of the journal's operations. Each complaint is carefully evaluated by the editorial office and investigated fairly, with appropriate action taken where necessary.
Appeals
Authors who believe that a manuscript rejection was based on a significant misunderstanding or procedural error may submit a reasoned appeal supported by relevant evidence. Appeals are reviewed independently by the Editor or an appropriate member of the Editorial Board. The outcome of the appeal, following careful evaluation, shall be considered final.
Commitment to Fair Resolution
The Journal of Advanced Chemical Frontiers (JACF) is dedicated to resolving complaints and appeals in a timely, impartial, and transparent manner while upholding the principles of research integrity, editorial independence, and ethical publishing. The journal strives to ensure that all editorial decisions are fair, consistent, and based solely on scientific merit and established editorial policies.
